By accessing or using LUMIRA ("the Service"), operated by Solterra Tech Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LUMIRA is an AI-powered self-discovery and entertainment platform offering tarot readings, astrology, MBTI personality insights, numerology, love compatibility analysis, and AI-driven guidance. All content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only and does not constitute professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact us at techsolterra@gmail.com.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Free Tier Limitations

Free users are subject to daily usage limits (e.g., AI chat messages, tarot readings). These limits reset at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to abuse the free tier limits
• Submit harmful, abusive, or misleading content

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI readings, interpretations, and guidance generated by LUMIRA are produced by large language models and are not predictions of future events. They are intended for entertainment and reflective purposes only. Do not make major life decisions based solely on AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design on LUMIRA is owned by Solterra Tech Pte. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solterra Tech Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
