LUMIRA is operated by Solterra Tech Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable privacy laws.

2. Data We Collect

Account data

Email address, display name, and password hash (stored securely via Supabase Auth).

Profile data (optional)

Date of birth, MBTI type, zodiac sign, love language results, and saved partner profiles β€” only if you choose to enter them.

Usage data

AI chat history (stored locally in your browser), reading sessions, and feature interactions.

Payment data

Subscription status and plan type. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe β€” we never store your payment card information.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and personalise the LUMIRA service
  • To power AI readings with relevant context (birth date, MBTI, partner info)
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, receipts)
  • To improve the platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We use Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure you can only access your own data. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.

  • SEA-LION / AI Singapore β€” AI language model for readings
  • Google AdSense β€” advertising (free tier users)
  • Vercel β€” hosting and deployment

Each third party operates under their own privacy policy and data protection standards.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management via Supabase). We do not use tracking or marketing cookies beyond what Google AdSense may set for ad personalisation. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Deletion β€” request full deletion of your account and data

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records).

LUMIRA is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
